What sets Executive Events & Entertainment apart from other rental companies?

What types of events do you specialize in?
We provide entertainment for a variety of occasions, including but not limited to: After proms, Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, Birthday parties, Corporate Events, Community Events, Fundraisers, Graduations, Grand Openings, Holiday Celebrations, Product Launches, School Events, Summer Camps, and Team Building.
Are You Fully Licensed and Insured?
Yes, we are completely covered by a two million dollar liability policy. All of our inflatables have been fully inspected and are licensed by the state. In addition, all of our employees have all been through rigorous, state sanctioned safety training courses.
For a $35.00 fee, our clients also have the option of being named additional insured under our policy. We also offer the ability have waivers signed by any or all participants. This extra coverage is mandatory for events in public parks, and does not cover any misuse or negligence.

Do you work with corporations, schools, churches, etc?
Yes! We work with all different kinds of groups, teams, and organizations. Whether you have church youth group activities, fundraisers, charitable events, or team building, we have packages designed to educate, raise money, and involve large groups of people.
How often do you clean the inflatables?
We pride ourselves on maintaining our equipment, from inflatables to food equipment. Following each rental, every item is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, before being sealed and stored until its next use.
What type of power will I need for my event?
Most of the items we provide require independent circuits with 20 amp service, with certain exceptions. For example, our large inflatable obstacle course uses two separate blowers, therefore would require two completely separate circuits. This means two outlets which are not being used for anything else and are not connected to the same circuit breaker. Customers are responsible for providing the necessary amount of power, however generators are available if extra circuits are needed.
How far away will you Deliver?
Our main location is just east of Cleveland, giving us a large range of service. We have serviced clients from California to Florida, and everywhere in between. Our delivery and shipping capabilities cover an infinite radius. We offer free delivery within 20 miles of our location, beyond this common area we charge 2.00 per mile - one way- from our location. Do you contribute to Charities?
We are eager to contribute in every way we can. We are often asked to donate items or services to charitable organizations and non-profits. Working within tight budget constraints, we have provided extra entertainment to help attract more patrons, as well as donating other items or services to be auctioned off for future use, helping organizations raise money.
